We have used the Journyz from ZInda application for some of our courses at the CME Group to enable participants to get to know one another prior to the course and to enhance engagement during the class. Additionally, the application allows participants to continue interacting long after the classes are completed in order to continue to exchange knowledge and encouragement to one another.
The use of the Zindaxyz application has made a profound difference toward improving engagement, knowledge retention, interactions for our classes. Lastly, the application is an excellent way to capture “real time” feedback for our courses.
It would be very difficult to conduct a class without using the Journyz application after witnessing its many capabilities.

The CME Group was looking to make their corporate training events more effective. They conduct regular trainings for new hires, as well as high-value employees, throughout the year. While these programs are mostly successful, CME was looking to make them impactful for their employees even after the session is over.
They had also identified these training programs as a great opportunity to boost engagement - both with the company, and with each other. However, even as new networks and friendships are formed during the event, these are not sustained after the training ends. CME was looking for a way to strengthen these newly-formed relationships, and increase interactions between employees from diverse departments and geographies.
CME decided to explore the Journyz platform to achieve their goal of creating more effective and engaging training programs.
The platform was a common space to facilitate interaction among the participants in the program, as well as between the participants and trainers. <The HR team at CME/Zinda team> created a set of campaigns that encouraged different types of engagement opportunities loosely spanning the different stages of group development - forming, storming, norming, and performing. Each of these campaigns was centred around a specific set of activities that helped participants open up, and share information with each other.
Besides the benefits from each individual campaign, the Journyz platform was able to create an overall sense on community within the participants of a training program. The personal interaction at the event is complemented by their interactions across the campaigns, leading to more engaged relationships.
